Satan

Devil (Greek: diabolos, meaning accuser)

John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

In the Parable of the Weeds explanation:
Matthew 13:38-39 The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels.

In the Parable of the Sower explanation:
Luke 8:12 The seeds that fell on the footpath represent those who hear the message, only to have the devil come and take it away from their hearts and prevent them from believing and being saved. [also Matthew 13:19 (evil one), Mark 4:15 (Satan)]
