Jesus says to the church in Thyatira (the city where this coin was made), "I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first." But Jesus then has harsh words for that part of the congregation being lead astray by a false prophetess among them. Their punishment will come. Jesus advises the faithful, "Only hold on to what you have until I come." (Revelation 2:18-29)

Are your deeds, love, faith,... such that Jesus will praise them and tell you to continue in them? Or are you slipping away from the only true faith? Jesus will judge the unfaithful but reward those who are his.
