In the evening of 17 January we had a traditional dinner with cultural music and dances at this place.
Around the ceiling are paintings like this one, with a series of scenes about the cultural myth of the meeting of the Queen of Sheba and King Solomon of Israel and the birth of their son Menelik I.
Before dinner is served, guest hands are washed and sanitized this way:


Dinner foods are placed on large trays on short tables, with guests sitting around them.

The rolled up things (light or dark) are thin fluffy bread. Pieces are torn off and used to grab food with the fingers. There are no utensils (fork, spoon, knife).

Music is provided with traditional instruments.
